1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Thailand)
- We offer standard shipping through local courier services such as Thailand Post, Kerry Express, or other reliable shipping partners.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 2-5 business days depending on your location.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries through reliable global shipping providers such as DHL, FedEx, and Easyship or other reliable shipping partners.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your package.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 5-14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
Please note: International delivery times may vary due to customs delays, local postal issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Domestic (Thailand): Orders within Thailand are subject to the standard 7% VAT, which is included in the product price.
- International Orders: The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. WINY KHIN is not responsible for these charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some countries may have restrictions on the importation of certain goods. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.
7. Missed Delivery and Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notice and attempt a redelivery. In some cases, you may be required to collect the package from a local post office or courier office.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at luntaya.wk@winykhin.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- WINY KHIN is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
